Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Mid Continent Management Corp. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various aspects of our properties, ensuring they remain safe, functional, and welcoming for our residents and clients. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs. Fabricate and weld components as needed to support facility operations. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively. Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents or property managers. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations. Requirements Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in property management or facilities maintenance. Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge is essential. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resident satisfaction. Leadership qualities with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
