What We're Looking For:

✔ Experience with light plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, or appliance repair ✔ Strong communication and customer service skills ✔ Basic tools required (power tools are a plus!) ✔ Reliable transportation ✔ Ability to lift 40-50 lbs ⭐ Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

• 1+ years of apartment, building, or commercial maintenance experience
• EPA, HVAC, or CPO certifications are a PLUS
