00 per hour (based on experience) Join Our Team Harvey Vogel Manufacturing, a leader in precision metal stamping, is seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Mechanic to support our day-to-day operations. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and keeping our facility and equipment running smoothly. If you enjoy working with your hands and being part of a team that keeps production moving, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) on machinery, equipment, and facility systems Change filters, lubricate equipment, and complete routine maintenance tasks Assist with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and basic electrical issues Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner to minimize downtime Support general building maintenance, including lighting, minor repairs, and upkeep Operate equipment such as lifts and sky jacks to complete maintenance tasks safely Read basic diagrams, prints, and manuals as needed Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines What We're Looking For 3-5 years of maintenance or mechanical experience (manufacturing preferred) Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Experience with preventative maintenance programs Ability to safely operate lifts or willingness to be trained Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions Basic ability to read prints and follow instructions Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Trade experience (plumbing, welding, etc.) is a plus Why Work Here Competitive pay based on experience Comprehensive benefits package, including: 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Stable, team-oriented manufacturing environment Opportunities to grow your maintenance skills and advance your career
