Maintenance Supervisor Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support equipment reliability and facility operations. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and equipment overhauls Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Operate equipment in accordance with safety and operational guidelines Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete documentation in a timely manner Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training Support continuous improvement initiatives Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills 2-3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Ability to read blueprints and schematics Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting Strong communication and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and ability to multitask Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Preferred Experience Experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment Sanitary pipe welding experience (preferred for higher-level roles) Experience with distributed control systems (DCS) Building maintenance skills (plumbing, HVAC, concrete repair) Experience with steam boilers and air compressor systems Education Associate's or technical degree in electromechanical, mechatronics, or related field preferred Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered Work Schedule 2nd Shift (flexibility for 3rd shift as needed) What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt to change Commitment to safety and quality
