This full-time position is ideal for motivated individuals who are physically capable and eager to work in a hands-on, industrial environment. The role focuses on general maintenance and repair of mobile equipment and material processing machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote a culture of safety through personal actions and awareness; report safety concerns and identify cost-saving opportunities Maintain and repair the primary crusher assembly and related plant equipment Perform preventive maintenance on mobile equipment Properly use, maintain, and store tools and machinery in safe working conditions Comply with all company policies and state and federal safety regulations Use welding and cutting equipment, as well as hand tools, to perform repairs Service bearings, drive assemblies, and process installations Accurately document all preventive maintenance activities Maintain a clean work area and perform general housekeeping as needed Perform other related duties and job assignments as required

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in an industrial, outdoor environment with exposure to dust, noise, heat, and varying weather Physically demanding role requiring: Frequent standing, bending, pulling (up to 20lbs), lifting (up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally) Working on or under heavy equipment Climbing up to 100 feet and working at elevated heights Manual dexterity to grasp tools and manipulate controls Must be available for occasional on-call shifts and emergency weekend maintenance

Schedule:

8+ hour shifts Monday to Friday Weekends as needed

Qualifications/Additional Skills:

Knowledge of and understanding of lock out tag out procedures Basic hand tools use Demonstrate proper diesel equipment repair and PM Demonstrate the use and machine set up for stick and wire feed welders Demonstrate cutting a 1" steel plate with proper oxygen and acetylene torch set up Demonstrate the ability to train others on PM procedures, sampling and completing work orders Demonstrate advanced rigging techniques, read load charts, and perform hand signals Demonstrate the ability to use maintenance manuals to complete parts list and repair procedures Demonstrate the ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics and instruct others Demonstrate the ability to complete workplace inspection use SLAM (Stop-Look-Assess-Manage) and complete require documentation Demonstrate accurate electronic work order completion and verify all required information and signatures are present to facilitate closing

Experience:

5 years (preferred) repairing heavy equipment, mining and crushing equipment Heavy diesel mobile equipment and stationary equipment (required)

Compensation:

Pay rate of $26.61 per hour per union Collective Bargaining Agreement Full-time position Mandatory overtime
