Maintenance Technician (FT/Evening)

Description Delmar Gardens on the Green is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. The successful candidate will assure our facility is maintained in clean, safe and comfortable manner.

Shift Availability :

Full-Time Evening shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm This individual will assist the Director of Environmental Services with various fire and building inspections, and preventative maintenance duties. Painting, drywall repair, light electrical and plumbing systems experience a must. Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations. High School Diploma or GED and a year of experience preferred. Delmar Gardens is a family-owned, St. Louis-based company that has been serving the community for 60 years.
