Job Description
Urgently Hiring! $700 Signing Bonus After 6 months of Employment Commercial Property Management Company looking for full time, hands-on Maintenance Technician for commercial office buildings. The ideal candidate must possess the following requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on building maintenance, plumbing, electrical and HVAC experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills required
- Ability to prioritize & multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, ability to professionally communicate with tenants and management team
- Strong work ethic & stable work history
- Clean driving record & valid MO driver's license (company vehicle provided) Full time position with on-call rotation (paid overtime as required) We offer:
