We are looking for a dependable, hardworking candidate who can start right away and help prepare apartments for new residents.

Responsibilities:

Complete apartment make-readies and unit turns Perform trash-outs and maintain curb appeal Handle general repair and maintenance tasks Basic electrical and plumbing repairs Appliance troubleshooting and repair Painting and drywall repair Ensure vacant units are move-in ready in a timely manner

Requirements:
