Maintenance Staff

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Staff member to ensure the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems to maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety. Perform repairs involving electrical systems, plumbing, painting, and other light maintenance. Assist with residential painting projects and general facilities maintenance to uphold the appearance and functionality of the property. doing fire drills Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, or contractors to coordinate repairs or upgrades. Maintain detailed schematics and technical documentation for all systems serviced or repaired. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or residential environments. Strong electrical experience including troubleshooting circuits with tools like ohmmeters and reading schematics. Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and teamwork.
