Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has experience (or willingness to learn) in maintaining residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Mowing lawns using ride-on mowers and other equipment Weed eating and edging Leaf blowing and general property clean-up Gardening tasks including planting, weeding, and mulching Trimming shrubs, hedges, and small trees Assisting with tree trimming and removal projects Seasonal yard clean-ups (spring/fall) Snow plowing and salting (winter) Operating equipment such as skid steers (experience preferred but not required) Ensuring all jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard

Qualifications:

Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required Ability to operate or willingness to learn equipment (mowers, trimmers, skid steers, etc.) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work in various weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
