Health coverage, PTO, and more WhatYou'llDo As a Maintenance Technician, you will: Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance Prepare apartments for new residents (turnovers) Maintain grounds,common areas, and equipment Identifyand resolve maintenance issues proactively Coordinate with vendors and safely use tools/equipment Experience Required for Your Success What You Bring High school diploma or GED 3+ years of maintenance technician experience Skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC Valid driver's license required Flexibility for on-call rotation and after-hours needs
HVAC / EPA
