Description:
Performs minor and routine maintenance activities, including painting, plumbing, and electrical work. Responds to guest requests for service according to company policy. Maintains a clean and safe pool area. Maintains equipment with standard preventative maintenance procedures. Ensures quality appearance of interior and exterior of hotel. Reports to work for scheduled shift, on time and in uniform.

Skills & Abilities:
Strong leadership, management, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel). Ability to motivate team members and work collaboratively. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure. Models behaviors to effectively motivate, lead, and develop the team.
Hours:
Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Responsible for responding to emergencies as needed.
Education & Experience:
Certificate from a Vocational Institution and completion of apprenticeship in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repair preferred. Current Driver's License required.
Physical Requirements:
Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Close visual acuity for various tasks including reading, transcribing, using measurement devices, and inspecting facilities or structures. Visual acuity for operating motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
Environmental Conditions:
Subject to both indoor and outdoor environmental conditions. Subject to hazards including proximity to moving mechanical parts, electrical current, and exposure to chemicals.
