Facility Maintenance Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The Facilities Maintenance Technician will work closely with other team members to maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

Must have Industrial Facilities Maintenance and HVAC experience. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, basic electrical, rail cars, silos, pumps, PMs on compressors, etc.) Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and infrastructure Assist with office moves, furniture setup, and general facility improvements Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or certification preferred 2+ years of experience in facilities or building maintenance Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication and time management abilities #MS4

Pay:

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
