FULL-TIME 5 DAYS A WEEK

TUES-SAT
| 8 Hours Per Day
ON AN ON-CALL ROTATION FOR EVERY 3RD WEEKEND
$25/Hour At Senior Star, we take pride in creating a beautiful and safe environment for our residents and associates. We're looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician who values teamwork, enjoys serving those in their retirement years, and is passionate about making a difference.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Someone who is comfortable working in a Senior Living Residential Setting. HVAC certification preferred. At least 2 years of professional maintenance experience, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance. Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our community's physical spaces and ensuring a comfortable environment for our residents.
Your duties will include:
Keeping the interior and exterior of the community in top condition. Timely completion of work orders to address resident needs. Preparing apartments for new residents, ensuring move-in readiness. Regularly inspecting and maintaining AC filters, Pull Cords, Smoke Alarms, and grounds. Assisting residents promptly with maintenance needs. Executing weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance tasks. Good Communication
