Job Description
Responsibilities Lead and oversee all unit turns, maintenance tasks, and daily work order activity Manage schedules, coordinate workloads, and ensure units are turned on time Perform advanced maintenance repairs: painting, drywall, carpentry, fixture installs, minor plumbing/electrical, and troubleshooting Conduct quality checks and punch lists to verify work meets company standards Communicate timelines, issues, and material needs with leadership Document completed work, track materials, and assist with inspections Provide guidance, training, and oversight to junior techs and subcontractors Requirements Supervisor or management experience a plus (maintenance, property operations, construction, or renovation preferred) Proven maintenance skillset with ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of issues HVAC Certified a plus Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling abilities Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to run projects independently Valid driver's license Basic toolset preferred Compensation & Benefits $30-$35 per hour based on experience Full-time role with consistent workload Company vehicle available after 30 days of consistent performance Advancement opportunities into project lead or operations management roles How to Apply Send resumes to: contact@hhrenovationgroup.com
