Looking for a job that's in the trades, has high commission opportunity, and is part of a growing company? Royal Door is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as a Garage Door Technician ! We're a family-owned, Kansas City-based company with a reputation for excellent service, honest work, and a team that feels more like family than coworkers. If you love working with your hands, and sales comes naturally, this will be the perfect fit for you. As a Garage Door Technician, you will sell, install, repair, and service residential garage doors and openers. You'll work directly with customers, use only the best tools and equipment, and represent a company that values professionalism, dependability, and respect.
The Ideal Candidate Has:
Strong mechanical knowledge. The ability to learn new skills. Strong sales skills. Construction/trades experience is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Integrity, great respect for others, and a positive attitude. A growth mindset.
