As a Maintenance Technician II, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the physical condition of our community and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

What You'll Do:

Completing Repairs and Service Requests:

Efficiently and thoroughly address resident maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.

Preventative Maintenance:

Proactively maintain equipment and systems according to schedules and manufacturer guidelines.

General Maintenance and Repairs:

Diagnose and perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, and more.

Community Upkeep:

Maintain the overall appearance and safety of the community, including grounds, buildings, and common areas.

Record Keeping:

Accurately document maintenance activities, inventory, and other relevant information.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to safety procedures, fair housing laws, and company policies.

Technical Expertise:

Proven skills in various maintenance areas, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. Attention to

Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance. EPA certification Type I and II. 2+ years of HVAC experience. CPO certification. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Business Suite and Entrata Property Management Software is a plus.
