Job Description

Job Summary:
Support manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all facilities and manufacturing equipment in a safe and orderly manner. We are open to candidates across all experience levels (Maintenance Tech I•IV)
Shift & Schedule:
B Shift:
5:15 PM•5:15 AM Continental Schedule 2-2-3 (no rotation)
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair advanced electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems on plant facilities and production equipment Assist in implementing and improving preventive maintenance programs; perform scheduled maintenance as required Maintain and update equipment records, schematics, blueprints, and files Perform robot programming and weld touch-ups on a daily basis Troubleshoot electrical systems on RSW equipment, boards, and alarms Connect with weld controllers for analysis, improvements, and troubleshooting Understand and troubleshoot Ethernet and DeviceNet I/O blocks and networking protocols Perform routine tasks in RSW, GMAW, DAR, and projection welding processes Purge, grease, and troubleshoot robots; replace Leoni and other cable carriers Maintain department repair parts stock and inventory Enter inspection results and produce detailed reports Ensure all work complies with OSHA, NEC, JIC, and DNR standards Communicate maintenance and quality concerns to management and shift leaders Attend daily pre-shift meetings and carry out assigned workloads
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required; certificate or degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems Experience with Fanuc robots and Allen Bradley PLCs preferred Basic PLC programming/troubleshooting knowledge Basic robot programming/teaching knowledge Knowledge of sensors, applications, and hardware (sensors, cables, lights) Understanding of Ethernet and DeviceNet networking Fabrication, mechanical, and electrical skills (NEC) Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Computer proficiency•Microsoft Word, Excel Prior experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted Forklift license and boom/scissor lift license (or ability to obtain) Must be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
