Maintenance Technician

What You'll Do This role focuses on general maintenance and upkeep to ensure the community remains safe, attractive, and comfortable for residents. Key responsibilities include: Completing routine maintenance and service requests in a timely manner Maintaining buildings, common areas, grounds, and pool areas Performing basic repairs related to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, painting, and drywall Coordinating with and overseeing outside vendors and contractors when needed Conducting routine inspections to maintain curb appeal and safety standards Assisting with purchase orders and tracking maintenance needs Supporting community improvements and upgrades as assigned

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who is reliable, practical, and willing to learn. You don't need to know everything—hands‑on experience and a good attitude matter most.

Required:

High school diploma or GED General maintenance or construction experience (residential or commercial) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Good communication skills and a professional, respectful demeanor Preferred (but not required): Maintenance experience in residential communities, apartments, HOA's or rentals HVAC experience or certification Pool maintenance experience Trade certifications or formal training Schedule & Flexibility Full‑time or part‑time options available Predictable schedule with local work—no long commutes

Pay:
