Job Description

Osage Beach for Behavioral Medicine - a comprehensive inpatient behavioral health facility. Our center will provide acute behavioral health care and outpatient treatment to adults and geriatric adults who are in crisis from severe symptoms related to behavioral health and/or substance use disorder. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining a safe, functional and comfortable environment for patients, visitors and staff. This position performs routine maintenance, repairs, inspections and preventive maintenance activities throughout the health facility while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and health standards. Reports to
Director of Quality and Safety Duties:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs of the building, equipment and grounds. Perform preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedules. Perform repairs or troubleshooting of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, PTAC's and mechanical systems within the scope of training and qualifications. Respond promptly to maintenance request and emergency repair situations. Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Previous maintenance experience required and in healthcare preferred. Basic knowledge of general building maintenance. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Valid driver's license required. Competitive hourly wage, flexible part-time schedule and supportive healthcare environment.
