Job Description

Position:
Maintenance Tech.
Work Shift:
Flexible with weekend coverage 4 days/week

Position Highlights:
Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment, may involve plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical equipment repair or similar. Maintain repairs and general maintenance in assigned areas as a member of a team and on an individual basis. Handle all equipment in a safe manner to prevent accidents and demonstrate good working knowledge of tools and their safe use.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in maintenance or facility operations. Knowledge of standard practices, procedures and tools required in the general building/maintenance trades, general knowledge of maintenance equipment operation and ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools. Center for Behavioral Health Osage Beach is an 18-bed inpatient, free standing Adult Psychiatric hospital that specializes in treating Anxiety, Major Depression, Mood disturbances, Psychosis, and other mental health illnesses. NHC sees itself as a partner with the surrounding community as we provide psychiatric care to adult patients who require inpatient hospitalization due to illnesses related to mental health. We are
