What We're Looking For:

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician who will play a key role in maintaining the quality, safety, and functionality of our multi-family community. This position is vital to ensuring resident satisfaction, preserving the integrity of our property, and supporting the overall success of daily operations. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for completing service requests efficiently, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting a variety of building systems. Your hands-on expertise will help ensure our residents enjoy a safe, well-maintained living environment. You'll also collaborate closely with property management to uphold maintenance standards and contribute to smooth property operations.

Important:

➡ Multi-family maintenance experience is required. ➡ HVAC certification is a plus, but not required. ➡ Do not apply without relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner, delivering excellent service to residents and team members. Respond promptly to maintenance requests in occupied units and common areas. Prioritize service requests using our maintenance system and schedule in coordination with the Property Manager. Ensure timely and effective resolution of service calls, limiting the need for repeat visits. Participate in preventative maintenance programs to keep property systems operating efficiently. Maintain the grounds and overall appearance of the property on a daily basis. Regularly exercise independent judgment in handling maintenance priorities and emergencies. Manage stress effectively while working under deadlines and shifting priorities. Support resident satisfaction initiatives and follow through on feedback. Perform additional maintenance-related duties as assigned.
