Fence Installer/Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction techniques and be comfortable working in diverse outdoor environments. As a Fence Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of various types of fencing, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Duties Install different types of fences, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental iron. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to assemble and build fencing structures. Perform masonry work as needed for fence installation, including setting posts in concrete. Conduct site assessments to determine the best installation practices based on landscape conditions. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality. Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Proven experience in fence installation or related construction fields. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in the industry. Skills in masonry, welding, carpentry, concrete forming, and landscape maintenance are highly desirable. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
