Job Description

Foxwood Springs is hiring for a Maintenance Tech ! This is a FT position, Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm At Foxwood Springs retirement community, we're small enough that you'll see familiar faces everywhere, and large enough that you'll explore exceptional experiences at every turn. What Foxwood Springs has to offer: Competitive Base Pay Full Benefits PTO On-going training A typical day for a Maintenance Tech includes: Performing the general operating maintenance, service, and repair of the interior and exterior of the facility, in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards/regulations and company policies Maintaining scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on, but not limited to: HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cord equipment Responding to maintenance requests by Residents for items needing repairs in their rooms, including repairing plumbing, electrical, heating and replacing light bulbs
Maintenance Tech Requirements:
