What You'll Be Responsible For Maintain and repair industrial equipment across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions Support automated systems, including troubleshooting PLC-related issues Perform routine and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime Respond to urgent repair needs and restore production quickly Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency What We're Looking For Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (including PLC exposure) Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency Dependable, team-focused approach to daily work Pay, Benefits & Perks $40 - $45/hour based on experience (increased from original range) Overtime available, with double time on Sundays Monthly performance incentives Comprehensive benefits package Relocation assistance available (if needed) Stable, year-round work with consistent scheduling Work Environment & Schedule Details 24/7 manufacturing operation with rotating weekend coverage Weekday time off provided for weekend shifts Team-oriented floor with strong communication between maintenance and operations
