Bluestem Property Management LLC Job title: Handyman Contract work in a variety of situations from repairs to remodels.
- with an emphasis on carpentry and plumbing Company intro: Bluestem Property Management is a full-service property management company centered around the mission of pleasing tenants and gratifying landlords.
Job position description:
We're looking for a candidate that has experience in basic residential property remodels and maintenance repairs. Ideal skills include basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, hvac, etc. Applicant must be able to provide their own transportation to different job sites which are subject to change. Pay is hourly between $20- $30 an hour depending on experience with an opportunity to make a bonus at the end of a job depending on work done and size of job.
- People of any experience with any or all skills are encouraged to apply as positions are very negotiable.
Qualifications:
- Ability to travel to multiple worksites within a day via own transportation
- Will work as a 1099 contractor
Responsibilities:
- Track and report time spent on projects
- Take and upload pictures of job site
- Consistent communication throughout the workday
- Work in fast paced environment
- Consistently be on time to arranged job site
- Purchase and supply materials/tools to job site (dependent on job) Preferred skills:
- Carpentry o proficient knowledge/skills in sheetrocking, mudding, taping, sanding o basic knowledge of framing, demolition, materials
- Electrical o basic outlet, fan, light switch install knowledge
- Plumbing o basic knowledge of sink and toilet drain/supply lines
Pay and Benefits:
- $20•$30 an hour
