Maintenance Technician

• $1,500.00 Sign on Bonus (Payable after 3 months, 6 months, and one year in $500 increments)
• Full-Time
• Day and Night Shifts available
• 12 hour shifts
• 3 days one week
• 4 days the next week

What You'll Be Doing:

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems Assist with general building maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean workspace Follow all safety protocols and wear proper

PPE What You Need:

2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, repair, or mechanical systems Proficiency with hand and power tools Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (day or night) and occasional overtime Strong problem-solving skills and a team-first attitude
