Job Description

Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping equipment and facilities operating at peak performance? We're looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to become a key member of our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of mechanical, electrical, HVAC/R, refrigeration, and facility systems while making a direct impact on our operational success. What You'll Do Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC/R systems, refrigeration equipment, appliances, and mechanical systems. Diagnose and repair equipment issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools. Service and maintain air conditioning systems, including refrigerant charging, compressor replacement, and ductwork modifications. Lead or assist with facility improvement projects, equipment installations, and system upgrades. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation. Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair documentation, and parts inventory usage. Respond quickly and effectively to emergency maintenance needs. Collaborate with vendors and contractors on specialized repairs and upgrades. Mentor and support junior technicians while promoting a culture of safety and teamwork. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and building codes. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, Service Technician, or similar role in an industrial, commercial, or residential environment. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting. Working knowledge of HVAC/R systems, refrigeration equipment, and appliance repair. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Experience with air conditioning systems, ventilation equipment, and refrigerant handling. Construction and facility improvement experience is a plus. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage small projects or mentor team members. Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is preferred. Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement. Why Join Us?
