We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Maintenance Mechanic on our 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the

Following:

Performing routine maintenance around the building, fixing structural damage, for example, windows, doors or wall repair, which would include dock doors Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures. Maintaining the building HVAC thermostats to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly. ing preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems. Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injures. Painting as required. Assembles, installs, and repairs industrial machinery and equipment Moves machinery and equipment using hoists, dollies and forklifts Operates a boom/scissor lift to repair lighting and perform routine maintenance at 60' heights Conducts inspections of fire protection system and HVAC system Oversees/participates in routine facility custodial work Maintains MSDS and other facility records to ensure facility remains in OSHApliance Assists with special projects and other general office tasks as needed : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
