Maintenance Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! Duties Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and electrical equipment to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and mechanical components using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct inspections of building systems to identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions promptly. Repair or replace faulty equipment parts, ensuring all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Assist with construction or renovation projects by providing technical support and ensuring proper installation of equipment. Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service records, and inspection reports for all performed work. Lead or assist with training team members on equipment operation, safety protocols, and maintenance procedures. Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), or mechanical systems. Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and mechanical drawings accurately. Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration technology, electrical wiring, and mechanical components. Experience in equipment repair, maintenance planning, and troubleshooting complex systems. Construction or building maintenance experience is a plus. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide team members during maintenance tasks or emergency repairs.
