• Read and interpret schematics to diagnose problems
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors as needed
• Conduct repairs and fabricate parts when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service to internal departments

Experience:

• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Experience in facilities maintenance
• Proficiency in English for effective communication
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Leadership skills to guide maintenance activities
