Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool Cleaner and become a vital part of ensuring sparkling, safe, and well-maintained swimming pools for our clients. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs to keep pools in pristine condition. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where clients can enjoy their pools with confidence and peace of mind. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in pool care while contributing to a high standard of service. Duties Perform regular pool cleaning tasks, including skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing walls and floors, and emptying skimmer baskets to maintain optimal water quality. Conduct routine inspections of pool equipment such as filters, pumps, and chlorination systems to ensure proper operation. Use hand tools and power tools to perform minor repairs or adjustments on pool equipment and related systems. Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, repairs, and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards. Assist with water testing procedures and chemical balancing to ensure safe and healthy swimming conditions. Identify potential issues with pool systems or equipment early on and communicate necessary repairs or maintenance needs promptly. Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of chemicals and safe use of tools and equipment. Experience Prior experience in pool maintenance, cleaning, or service technician roles is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge is essential for understanding pool systems and troubleshooting equipment issues. Experience with equipment repair using hand tools and power tools will be valuable in maintaining pool functionality. Familiarity with pool chemical balancing, water testing procedures, and general maintenance practices is a plus. Service technician experience demonstrates your ability to diagnose problems efficiently and perform effective repairs. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail is important for success in this role.
