SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!
Hotel Seeking a qualified and experienced maintenance person. Average weekly hours will range from 25-30 hours. Also, we are looking for someone that has open availability far as time and days go. Hotel is operated 24 hours a day, so we would need someone with flexible timing in the event if something major came up in the evening hours. Most of the time will be from morning to the afternoon, approximately 5 hours a day based on job tasks. It may also require some 7 day weeks depending on how much work is required to be done. We will spread the 40 hours throughout the 7 days if necessary. We do pay overtime if it's necessary depending if the scope of the work takes longer than anticipated for the week. For the most part, you will have a daily checklist and routine preventative maintenance checklist of the rooms to help keep all rooms up to par along with making sure the property/grounds are kept cleaned of debris.Must have the following criteria:
- Hotel/Motel maintenance experience
- Able to know how to do plumbing, tiling, electrical, drywall, painting, AC repair, electronic lock repair, and any other general repairs if needed
- Customer service skills
- Great attitude and able to work as a team with co-workers
- Flexible with work hours including weekends and holidays!
- Must be on-call and available in the evenings and in the event of an emergency.
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to follow proper procedures and policies!
- And most importantly, RELIABLE and HONEST!
