Job Description

Residential Maintenance Technician•
Tupelo, MS Pay:
$15.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00
PM Hours:
40 hours per week We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team in Tupelo, MS. This position is responsible for maintaining residential properties and assisting with a variety of maintenance and groundskeeping tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform general residential maintenance and repair work Maintain property grounds, including mowing, trimming, edging, and other landscaping duties Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Complete routine property inspections and address maintenance needs Assist with basic repairs and upkeep to ensure properties remain in good condition Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous landscaping experience and experience operating lawn care equipment Basic knowledge of residential maintenance practices Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems is a strong plus Ability to use hand and power tools safely Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
