What You'll Do Lead, coach, and coordinate a team of technicians to complete projects efficiently and professionally Perform high-quality handyman repairs and home maintenance across a variety of trades Communicate clearly with homeowners, property managers, suppliers, and office personnel Assess problem situations quickly and deliver prompt, professional solutions Assist with job estimates and learn our customer sales process Uphold TruBlue's standard of professionalism and customer care on every job Common projects include drywall repair and texture, carpentry, interior and exterior painting, tile work, flooring installation and repair, and basic plumbing and electrical within scope.
