Professional Handyman Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Professional Handyman Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional maintenance and repair services across residential and commercial properties. This role requires a versatile professional who thrives on problem-solving, possesses a broad skill set, and is committed to maintaining safe, functional, and clean work environments. As a key contributor, experience is preferred in a variety of tasks related to maintenance and repairs including door and window replacement, carpentry projects, plumbing and/or electrical work, etc. We are looking for a proactive team member who can hit the ground running. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks for both residential and commercial properties Install, assemble, or repair fixtures, hardware, and furniture Paint interior/exterior surfaces Perform carpentry and general construction tasks as needed Climb ladders and access elevated areas for inspection and repair Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Flex between different tasks depending on workload and project priorities Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and respectfully with clients Experience Proven experience in handyman, maintenance, or construction work (required) Strong multi-trade skills (carpentry, drywall, painting, basic electrical/plumbing) Basic hand tools and ability to safely operate power tools (required) Reliable and respectful communication with coworkers and clients Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work safely Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required) Professional attitude, integrity, and pride in your work Willingness to pass a background check or drug screening While multi-faceted experience is strongly preferred, we understand that each individual has their strengths and preferences. $26.00 - $40.00 per hour
