Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general property maintenance. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of maintaining building systems and grounds to ensure safe and efficient operations. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities Diagnose and repair minor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues Complete minor electrical repairs, fixture replacements, and basic troubleshooting safely and efficiently Perform basic plumbing repairs including leaks, faucets, drains, toilets, and related fixtures Troubleshoot and repair household appliances and maintenance equipment as needed Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and inventory control Complete residential painting and minor repair projects as needed Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot automated systems and equipment Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed safely and efficiently Work independently and collaboratively with team members to complete assigned projects Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair General knowledge of plumbing systems, appliance repair, carpentry, and overall property maintenance Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs independently Knowledge of lawn care procedures and exterior property maintenance Experience using CMMS software or similar maintenance tracking systems preferred Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively Dependable work ethic with the ability to work independently and within a team environment If you are a motivated individual with a strong maintenance background and a commitment to quality work, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity as a Maintenance Technician.
