Sign Installers Helper

In this energetic role, you will support experienced sign installers by preparing materials, handling tools, and assisting with the installation process on various Customer locations. Responsibilities Assist sign installers with the setup, measurement, and positioning of signage on Customer's locations Handle and operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently under supervision Prepare surfaces by cleaning, caulking, or applying primers to ensure proper adhesion of signs Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support accurate installation is a plus Support with the fabrication, framing, or trimming of sign structures as needed Help with the installation of fixtures, sign faces, cabinets, or other signage components Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored and accounted for Skills Experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation preferred Knowledge of construction management principles and safety protocols on job sites Skills in carpentry, framing, roofing, masonry, or concrete finishing are advantageous Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks with team members and supervisors This role is paid and designed to help you develop essential skills in signage installation.
