Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems to ensure optimal operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge, along with experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and maintenance management systems (CMMS). This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Troubleshoot complex machinery issues using technical diagrams, schematics, and analysis skills. Utilize precision measuring instruments and testing tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters to diagnose electrical faults. Repair or replace components using welding techniques, including <

> welding when applicable. Operate field service equipment such as scissor lifts and forklifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities within the CMMS platform and generate reports for analysis. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Support electrical work involving low voltage and high voltage systems in compliance with safety standards. Assist in the installation of new machinery or upgrades following schematics and technical specifications. Participate in safety training programs related to industrial electrician practices, HVAC/R systems, and high-voltage procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally. Qualifications Proven industrial mechanic experience within a manufacturing facility environment. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience, including industrial electrician skills. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and CMMS software. Experience working with pneumatics, hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, welding (including <
LOCATION
> welding), and precision measuring instruments. Ability to interpret technical diagrams and perform analysis using tools like ammeters and ohmmeters. Knowledge of high voltage safety protocols and low voltage troubleshooting techniques. Field service experience is preferred; military background is considered an asset. Excellent communication skills in English; customer service orientation is essential. Demonstrated ability to analyze problems systematically and implement effective solutions efficiently.
