As a Maintenance Technician , you'll be a key player in ensuring the community runs smoothly and looks its best.

Responsibilities include:

Responding to and completing service requests in a timely, professional manner Performing general maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances) Assisting with unit turns and preparing apartments for new residents Maintaining common areas, amenities, and overall curb appeal Diagnosing and troubleshooting maintenance issues Supporting preventative maintenance programs Partnering with the onsite team to deliver an exceptional resident experience

Training/Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License Certifications desired but not required Schedule & Availability Full-time position (~40 hrs per week) Must be willing to work occasional weekends Participation in an on-call rotation is required Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay (based on experience) Opportunities for growth and advancement Full coverage benefits package (PTO , health insurance, dental, vision, 401k, etc.)If certification bump structure eligibility (EPA/CPO pay increases )
