Apartment Maintenance Technician

Independant Maintenance Tech Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Independently, prepares make ready apartments, which may include removing discarded items, general repairs, and finish work. Responds to resident requests in a timely manner and with a professional attitude. 1-3 years hands-on in maintenance trades. A general knowledge of the maintenance trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Able to perform physical work, as well as to lift weights of up to 50 pounds regularly and above 75 pounds occasionally. Performs all duties as assigned, in a timely manner through the AppFolio. Maintenance Portal Maintains a professional appearance. Maintains all safety procedures and safeguards Ability to Follow Fair Housing, Local, State and Federal Laws Valid Driver's license Reliable vehicle Background check required We strive to offer an organized, positive environment
