Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a hands-on technician responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility during the evening shift. This pivotal role involves the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery, guaranteeing consistent performance and safety protocols.
Core Duties:
- Conduct preventive maintenance and execute assigned work orders Diagnose and address malfunctions in mechanical, electrical (120V-480V), and pneumatic systems Sustain the upkeep of production machinery and facility infrastructure Examine equipment and pinpoint necessary repairs Procure and replace necessary components Assist in the setup, testing, and commissioning of new machinery Adhere to stringent safety, quality, and SQF regulations Record all maintenance activities and inspections comprehensively •
Required Skills and Experience:
- Over 3 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems Adept with both hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and excellent time management Clear and effective communication abilities
