Job Summary We are seeking a Restoration & Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this vital role, you will be at the forefront of restoring properties damaged by fire, water, mold, and other unforeseen events. Your expertise will help clients recover quickly and confidently, ensuring their spaces are safe, clean, and fully functional. You will perform hands-on repairs, cleaning, and remediation tasks contributing to our reputation for excellence in restoration services. Responsibilities Perform fire and water damage restoration tasks, including cleaning, drying, and structural repairs Conduct mold remediation procedures following safety protocols and industry standards Utilize hand tools and power tools to carry out construction, repair, and maintenance projects efficiently Assist with the setup and operation of equipment for water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes Follow detailed procedures for utilizing personal protection equipment.
