At NC Filtration, we take pride in maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help ensure our equipment and facilities operate at peak performance. Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic issues and perform necessary repairs. Inspect and troubleshoot production equipment to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and complete work orders in a timely manner. Assist in installation or modification of new equipment. Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from production and management. Maintain tools, parts inventory, and a clean, organized workspace. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade school preferred). 2+ years of experience in industrial, mechanical, or facilities maintenance. Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (heat, noise, etc.). Preferred Skills Experience with manufacturing or production equipment. Familiarity with PLCs, HVAC, or welding/fabrication is a plus. Preventive maintenance program experience.
