Job Description

Maintenance Technician Location:
Burlington, NC Do you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and making a visible impact every day? We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to help maintain a residential community and ensure residents enjoy a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. What You'll Do Complete maintenance requests and repairs in a timely, professional manner. Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and curb appeal of community common areas. Perform preventative maintenance to protect community-owned homes and assets. Assist with home refurbishments, including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs. Communicate effectively with residents regarding service requests, timelines, and project updates. Coordinate with vendors and assist with property improvement projects as needed. Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and maintenance inventory. Document completed work, incidents, and repairs with accurate notes and photos. Prioritize work orders based on safety, urgency, and resident needs. What We're Looking For Experience in maintenance, apartment communities, property management, facilities, construction, or general repairs. Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and home maintenance. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with property management and fellow team members. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Willingness to learn new skills and participate in training opportunities. Why Join Us?
