The Hotel Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the hotel property is safe, fully operational, and well-maintained for both guests and staff. This role involves performing routine and emergency maintenance tasks across all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities.Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other hotel systems. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize guest inconvenience. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. Assist with preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment longevity. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities. Respond to urgent maintenance requests, including after-hours emergencies.Qualifications:
Weekend availability is required , including Saturdays and Sundays as needed. Previous experience in hotel or commercial maintenance preferred. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building repair. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications are a plus.Position Highlights:
