Job Description

Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician who takes pride in your work, delivers excellent customer service, and enjoys keeping a property in top shape for residents? Rise48 Communities is a fast-growing property management company expanding in the DFW area. We're looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team and make an impact every day!
Responsibilities Include:
Grounds maintenance and upkeep Swimming pool maintenance and upkeep Apartment maintenance Apartment turns and upkeep Additional maintenance tasks Completes assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Service Supervisor and/or Community Manager, and assists the make-ready specialist in the turn process
Requirements:
