COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

We provide our W2 employees with above-industry pay and benefits. Our job flow is steady compared to the industry because we work for the largest single-family rental companies in the world. You pick how you want to be paid: salary or commission . If you prefer a consistent paycheck, salaries range from $800 to $1,000 per week , based on productivity. If you prefer commission, the average is around $1,300 per week , while several technicians make over $2,100 a week.
