In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise will help create a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment that supports our operational excellence. Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Conduct welding tasks and other fabrication work as needed to repair or modify equipment. Utilize Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot automation systems and improve operational efficiency. Lead small teams or supervise maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion while maintaining safety standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Assist with residential painting projects and other facilities upkeep tasks to enhance the appearance and functionality of the premises. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments with a strong plumbing and electrical background Knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting systems Hands-on experience with residential painting, and using tools such as ohmmeters Electrical experience including wiring, circuit testing, and troubleshooting electrical components Strong understanding of mechanical systems and preventive maintenance procedures Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and vendors effectively. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately Competence in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing. Ability to perform residential painting tasks when required, ensuring quality finishes.
