This is an in-house position for someone who can handle tenant maintenance requests, handyman work, property inspections, landscaping tasks, and provide updates from construction and renovation sites. We are looking for someone dependable, flexible, hands-on, and able to troubleshoot issues independently. Responsibilities Respond to tenant maintenance requests Fix minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues General handyman work and property repairs Install/troubleshoot security cameras and basic systems Inspect homes before move-in, after move-out, construction or renovation Visit job sites and provide updates to management Assist with landscaping, grass cutting, planting, cleanup, and general property upkeep Coordinate with contractors for major repairs when needed Requirements Experience in maintenance, handyman work, or construction preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be dependable, flexible, and able to work independently Benefits Consistent work available (35-40 hours/week) Fuel compensation available for long-distance travel outside Charlotte area Opportunity for long-term growth
